Shakira was on Jay Leno looking oh so fine. I do not understand why her longtime boyfriend Antonio de la Rúa hasn’t married her yet!

I did a quick search to find out a pic of the two of them and found one and this little tidbit of lovebug news on her loverboy:
“We’ll get married eventually, or we won’t, but we’re together and that’s what matters,” she has said to peopleenespanol.com. “We love each other and we want to stay like that. Why fix something that’s not broken?”

She also had this to say about the emotion of love:
“It’s my primary nourishment. I think that nothing else in life, not even your career or music – well, what I’m saying is a bold statement – I think that nothing can substitute love as the propelling force of everyone’s lives. It’s number one on my list of priorities, of course.”

Shakira has decided she doesn’t want to be as dumb as her other celebrity friends she has been taking a class at the University of California in Los Angeles called “Introduction to Western Civilization: Ancient Civilizations from Prehistory to Circa A.D. 843.”

“She went when she finished her tour, for the summer,” Shakira’s manager Fifi Kurzman told The Associated Press.

I am glad to see that at least a few of celebrities are trying to get an education. I am fed up with all these dumb stars that don’t know what the hell is going on in life! I am not sure if History is the greatest class, but at least it’s something. I hope she does well!
