Once TI gets released from prison next year, he won’t be a free man as it’s being reported that the rapper has been barred from leaving the northern half of Georgia without a really good excuse. Court documents which outline the terms of TI’s year-long supervised probation when he is released from jail in 11 months will surely put a damper on whatever plans he may have. According to the documents, he won’t be allowed to leave the Northern District of Georgia unless he can prove it’s for “verified employment within the United States” which means that he also can’t leave the country. TI also can’t leave the area for more than 7 calendar days per month or for more than 7 days in a row. On top of that, as long as he is in probation, TI can’t drive, can’t own “any firearm, dangerous weapon, or other destructive device”, and must participate in drug/alcohol testing and treatment program. It all seems like a lot but it still beats being in jail.
