I love how this women can’t shut up! There is not one thing she won’t comment on! You think for her daughters sake she would keep quiet. No wonder why Lindsay is so f*cked up.

Looks like Lindsay is back to her regular old self, wandering around town with a Starbucks, and getting her picture taken! I wonder how long her filming for this new movie will be. It doesn’t seem like she is doing that much work yet, we haven’t gotten any ‘on set’ pictures but I will be sure to keep you updated.

Oh and if you haven’t heard the new movie she is shooting is called “Dare To Love Me” and I really don’t have any clue why people still dare to give her work!

Lindsay escaped from rehab in Utah to go catch the movie Good Luck Chuck! Isn’t that sweet? She must be craving some love since she opted for the romantic comedy. I found Lindsay outfit a bit off, she had on the clown shoes, leggings, toque, shades and a hoodie.

A source told US Star magazine: ‘She’s been having erotic dreams about her former lovers, like Calum Best, Wilmer Valderrama, and Jared Leto.’ ‘Her counsellors are trying to get her to understand that she’s substituting one addiction for another.’ The insider added: ‘Besides the obvious dangers of STDs, having indiscriminate sex can lead to emotional heartbreak, and that can lead to drug and alcohol abuse. If she doesn’t come to grips with this, Lindsay is going to find herself back in rehab-sex addiction.’”

I find this hard to believe because counselors should be quiet due to “patient confidentiality”. Unless she is blabbing to her buddies in rehab about her erotic dreams! Maybe she is trying to spread rumors so people will still be talking about her when she gets out.

Back in 2005 Lindsay Lohan was involved in a car accident, and despite the California Highway Patrol’s investigation that concluded that Lohan was not drunk, and found the other driver at fault for making an illegal U-turn, the man wants his day in court.

“This is a bogus claim. Mr. Ortega is 100% at fault and Lindsay shouldn’t have to pay anything,” said Lohan’s attorney, David J. Ozeran

Today, L.A. Superior County Judge Michael L. Stern gave Raymundo Ortega who is a busboy, approval to move forward with his civil lawsuit against her. Ortega alleges, that Lohan, who is still in rehab, was driving while intoxicated as she was attempting to avoid paparazzi on Robertson Blvd, when her black Mercedes smashed into his van back in 2005.

Ortega’s lawyer, Robert G. Klein, says he has had conversations with several potential witnesses in the case, including an employee of the Ivy who allegedly served booze to her when she was 19-year-old.

Ortega hopes to receive financial compensation for his pain and suffering!
in excess of $200,000, as well as other damages and medical expenses. A
jury trial is set to start April 7 of 2008.

Rehab sure looks like a fun place to be, here we have Lindsay Lohan out for a nice bike ride. She sure looks happy with that little helmet and her fancy gym attire! Her court day is sure approaching fast. I wonder if she will post pone her court date due to her rehab needs.

I hope she is getting better otherwise she may end up like Courtney Love.

Lindsay was spotted walking around Utah yesterday, and picked up a 20 dollar bottle of spray tan. I guess that is why she is orange! She is apparently working on getting better at some Mormon facility!
