R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested in Springfield, Mass. on Saturday night, after he and some of his boys got “combative” with police officers. Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, was booked by the police on double charges: disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A shot was fired in the parking lot after his show, when Trey tried to “insert himself into the crime scene investigation.”

When the cops asked him to stand back and stay out of it, he responded with, “Don’t you know who I am?!”

“Prison Break” star Lane Garrison was sentenced by a judge for a total of forty months in state prison for his DUIcrash that caused the death of 17-year-old Vahagn Setian.

Judge Elden Fox told Lane, “I think you are truly remorseful,” but the reason for sentencing was because “the public needs to know crimes like this need to be punished and, unfortunately, you have to be the messenger.” His sentence was based on Lane’s lack of prior criminal history, that he admitted responsibility, plead guilty and offered the families financial assistance.

Just before he was sentenced Lane who was very emotional, told the victims’ families he was “genuinely remorseful” and “sickened” by his behaviour that night.

He will get credit for 91 days he has already served. That, combined with California’s Work Time/Good Time early release program, means he will do about 20 months in a state prison.

He must also pay close to $300,000 to the Setian family and to the two girls who were in the car.

Another emotional day in court for Britney. Apparently she was crying and pouting with her newly enhanced lips. Paps caught her going into the public washroom and then emerging with different sunglasses and a hairstyle change.
“EXTRA” is reporting that when their reporter asked her how she was , Britney shouted, “Eat it, lick it, snort it, f*%k it!” and walked back into the courtroom in tears. The ended, she left the courtroom surrounded by her attorneys and some Sheriff’s deputies. Her visitation was extended over the weekend and the custody issue was taken under submission by the judge.

K-Fed’s attorney spoke to reporters after the hearing, and informed them that there will be a written ruling issued sometime Monday or Tuesday. She’s on the edge.

Britney was out driving around wearing blue contacts (doesn’t she still have pink eye?) and hit another photographer with her car. Why doesn’t she hire a driver!

britney1.jpg She was driving out of the Beverly Connection on Monday, when she accidentally hit a paparazzo with her Benz. The photographer said more than once that it was his fault, yet Brit kept saying sorry.

Spears then went with her newest personal assistant to the Beverly Wilshire hotel.

Why doesn’t she stay home for a few days, relax, and stop embarrassing herself?

As Diddy was walking into his ‘own’ store in New York City on Friday night for the launch party to celebrate his new Sean John women’s line, he was served legal papers from that NY promoter James Walden. He’s the guy who said he tried to talk with Diddy at a booth inside a club last summer when the Didster gave instructions for his muscle to ‘forcibly remove’ him from the area. He claims to have suffered “bruises, contusions, lacerations, and injuries to his mouth and teeth.” He is suing for 5 mill for his pain and suffering.

Naturally, as with all things Diddy, drama ensued. Just as he was being served, his bodyguards lashed out and knocked the papers to the ground letting Diddy walk right on by.

A short while later, one of Diddy’s goons returned to pick up the scattered papers, and at the same time, chased the process server off the premises.

According to tastefulcelebs.com “Britney Spears’ music label filed a copyright infringement suit on Thursday, accusing the popular Internet gossip site PerezHilton.com of posting unauthorized recordings from her forthcoming album.
The lawsuit came a day after Jive Records, part of Sony BMG Music Entertainment’s Zomba Label Group, announced that it would release “Blackout” two weeks earlier than originally planned because some tracks had been leaked online.”

See the deal with this is, how did Perez get those tracks, obviously someone from inside Britney’s label leaked them to the internet!  The label should be thanking Perez for posting them, because if their was no Perez along with other gossip blogs, Britney would be a nobody! He is really keeping our interest for her alive. Perez keeps the world up to date with Britney news, what more could they possibly want!

The Medical Board of California said in April it was investigating Eroshevich, who, according to documents, authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Smith’s hotel room the day she died. The medical board also began an inquiry to determine if there was any misconduct by Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who reportedly prescribed methadone to Smith. Methadone is a popular narcotic painkiller that is used as part of drug addiction detoxification and maintenance programs. Methadone overdoses can cause shallow breathing and dangerous changes in heartbeat. Methadone was one of the substances found in the system of Smith’s 20-year-old son, Daniel, who died in September 2006 of an apparently accidental drug overdose.”

Oh and just so you are clear these are the drugs she was perscribed.

Dilaudid, Lorazepam, Soma, Prixge, and Methadone

Seems like a hefty prescription, you think one of them would have been plenty.  Seriously what doctor would allow someone to be totally drugged out all the time. I really think an investigation should be done. I know you are all probably sick of this soap opera but I thought I should keep you guys semi informed.

James Waldon a NYC club promoter sat across Diddy in a booth at a club called “The Box” on June 1, 2007. Then when he attempted to say “Hi.” Waldon says Diddy gestured to his bodyguards to “forcibly remove” Waldon from the area. His affidavit claims he was punched, kicked and chased around the club, causing injuries like “bruises, contusions, lacerations … and injuries to his mouth and his teeth.”

James is also suing the club because of their common knowledge of “Combs’ reputation for, history of, and alleged involvement in violent altercations and confrontations in various premises, lounge and nightclub establishments across the country.”

Waldon is suing Diddy and his entourage for $4 million, and asking the court to award him $500,000 from “The Box.”
I wonder what both his baby mamas think of this?

Kevin Federline is currently collecting 20k a month from Britney Spears. Originally the agreement was only until October  2007 and now for some unknown reason Britney is extending it. I guess KFed uses his kids as bargaining tool to keep the cheques rolling. According to Us Weekly

“Britney Spears filed documents today outlining a new spousal support agreement between Brit and her ex hubby. The pop tart will pay KFed US$20,000 a month until Federline remarries or the death of either party”

I think she is just doing it to shut him up and make sure he doesn’t get the kids. Although I am not sure in who’s care they would be better in. Clearly Kevin is only doing it for the money because he doesn’t even want his kids from Shar!

Back in 2005 Lindsay Lohan was involved in a car accident, and despite the California Highway Patrol’s investigation that concluded that Lohan was not drunk, and found the other driver at fault for making an illegal U-turn, the man wants his day in court.

“This is a bogus claim. Mr. Ortega is 100% at fault and Lindsay shouldn’t have to pay anything,” said Lohan’s attorney, David J. Ozeran

Today, L.A. Superior County Judge Michael L. Stern gave Raymundo Ortega who is a busboy, approval to move forward with his civil lawsuit against her. Ortega alleges, that Lohan, who is still in rehab, was driving while intoxicated as she was attempting to avoid paparazzi on Robertson Blvd, when her black Mercedes smashed into his van back in 2005.

Ortega’s lawyer, Robert G. Klein, says he has had conversations with several potential witnesses in the case, including an employee of the Ivy who allegedly served booze to her when she was 19-year-old.

Ortega hopes to receive financial compensation for his pain and suffering!
in excess of $200,000, as well as other damages and medical expenses. A
jury trial is set to start April 7 of 2008.
