Amy Winehouse’s junkie, jailed hubby Blake wants a divorce since he has finally clued in she is over him.
Incarcerated Blake has asked his attorney, Henri Brandman, to write up the divorce papers and claim adultery. The photos of Amy snapped by the paps partying it up with 21-year-old hottie Josh Bowman who she met at a deluxe resort in St. Lucia must have sent him over the edge with jealousy… he’s been replaced with a clean pretty boy toy!
Amy just admitted in an interview with News Of The World that she’s “forgotten I’m even married” and that their “whole marriage was based on drug use.”
She says:
“He (Josh) couldn’t be more different from my husband, which is not a bad thing. Blake looks like me, a right mess. But Josh is all handsome and clean and that’s what I love about him… I’m just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I’ll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs.”
She’s so happy she’s doing cartwheels on the beach! It must be lurve!
By the look of this picture, Amy seems to be having fun at a beach in St. Lucia. Not sure who the dude with her is, but wonder if he is impressed with her athletic skillz. Check out the handstand!
She has been ordered to appear in a Norwegian court on January 12th. She is appealing a drug possession charge she got last October. Amy and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil were arrested after police caught them with seven grams of weed after she performed in the city of Bergen.
According to Norwegian Police, if Amy doesn’t show up at the hearing most likely, her appeal will be dropped.
Blake is once again incarcerated in a British jail.
Take a look at this guy. He is Lindsay Lohan’s stalker. He apparently jumped out at her while she was leaving the Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale, AZ last night. ABC15 says Lindsay and SaMan made an appearance at the club last night and as they were leaving the freak wacked out over Linds.
A police spokesperson said:
“The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling I love her, I love her.”
The 38-year-old deranged man was arrested, but later released a little while later.
Avril Lavigne has ended her relationship with Vancouver-based Nettwork and has hired American super manager Irving Azoff, so says Hollyscoop.com.
A source told the website:
“Avril is hoping that new management can help her new album be more successful than the last.” Even though the songs from 2007’s The Best Damn Thing were played into the ground all over the world, it only sold 350,000 copies in Canada versus 2004’s Under My Skin, which sold 500,000.

Axl Rose is accusing Pepper of profiting off the Guns N’ Roses name, after the company’s website crashed during their free Dr Pepper giveaway this past Sunday. The 20 oz. handouts were a promise made by Pepper if “Chinese Democracy” their new CD ever hit the shelves.
Axl’s lawyers are demanding full-page apologies in four major newspapers: the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. They also want an extended period of time to collect on the free pop and payment for unauthorized use of the Guns and Roses name.

Kanye West made a blog post in his traditional all in CAPS to explain his arrest early Friday morning in the U.K. for allegedly assaulting a paparazzo. Here is the alleged victim below. Notice his injuries. They seem rather insignificant, which is probably why there are no charges pending!

THREE HOURS LATER I GET A KNOCK AT MY HOTEL DOOR. THERE WERE FIVE POLICE OFFICERS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I HAD MY SECURITY GO SPEAK WITH THEM. THE COPS WERE VERY CORDIAL BUT TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ARREST ME BECAUSE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THAT WAS THE BOGUS PART. THEY PLACED ME IN HANDCUFFS AND DROVE ME TO THE STATION. THEY SPOKE ABOUT HOW THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A PUBLICITY STUNT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BUT THEY STILL HAD TO GO THOUGH THE MOTIONS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL THERE WERE PAPARAZZI HANGING OVER THE BRIDGE ABOVE THE HOTEL TRYING TO GET A SHOT OF ME GETTING OUT THE POLICE VAN. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T CHARGED, THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. SURE ENOUGH THE NEXT MORNING, PLASTERED ACROSS EVERY MEDIA OUTLET… KANYE GETS ARRESTED. IT DIDN’T MATTER THAT I WASN’T CHARGED OR THE FACT THAT I HADN’T ASSAULTED ANYONE. ALL THAT MATTERED WAS THAT I WAS ARRESTED.
SIDEBAR, THEY QUOTED ME AS SAYING…”GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM!” LIKE I WAS TALKING IN THIRD PERSON. HE TRIED TO MAKE ME SOUND LIKE A CRAZY PERSON AND PEOPLE BELIEVED HIM. WHAT MERIT DOES THIS GUY HAVE THAT HE CAN SAY SOMETHING ABOUT ME AND PEOPLE TAKE IT AS LAW? THE FACT THAT HE COULD GET ME ARRESTED OFF A MERE COMPLAINT BUT I CAN’T ASK HIM TO STOP TAKING PICTURES OF ME IS VERY LOPSIDED.
Jennifer Hudson has posted on her official blog sending a message to her fans. It has only been a few weeks since the heartbreaking loss of her mother, brother and nephew, and to date no one has been charge with their murders.

I can’t imagine the pain she and her sister must be in. It’s devastating enough losing a family member through illness, or an accident, but to lose 3 members in such a violent way… tragic.
Rapper Mos Def is being hunted by the Las Vegas police department over his alleged attacking of a fashion event photographer this past August.
A warrant has been issued for Def — real name Dante Terrell Smith. He currently is facing charges of felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property.
Volker Corell who is the official photographer for the Men’s Apparel and Garment Industry Convention (MAGIC) in Las Vegas has claimed Def did the freak on him as he was taking pictures of attendees at the event until Mos allegedly yanked the camera off his neck, bashed it around on the ground and then left in a snit with the trashed equipment.
The photographer says his hand was cut during the scuffle.
Def’s hate on for the paparazzi is well known, but Corell was a photographer who was hired for the event and what’s ironic about it all? He says he didn’t even know who Mos was until after the alleged attack!
A Long Island judge has granted 50 Cent regular access visits to see his 11-year-old son, Marquise Jackson. The custody has been arranged and 50 is now allowed one weekend a month, one month summer vacation, and half of the time their son is off school during Christmas and Spring breaks
The legal battle between 50 and his ex-girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins is ongoing. She was granted an order of protection against him. Shaniqua stated that she felt 50 Cent may have been responsible for a fire which gutted his $2.5 million dollar long island home while she and Marquise were sleeping inside.
50 Cent strongly denied her claims and responded by filing a $20 million dollar defamation lawsuit.
Because of the Order Of Protection that Shaniqua secured against the rapper she had to drop their son off at a police precinct in Queens on visiting weekends where the boy was picked up by 50 Cent or his driver. Not sure if that arrangement is still in effect.
The cause of the “suspicious” fire at 50’s Long Island Mansion is still undetermined.
Lindsay Lohan is being sued by three guys in an SUV she drove during a car chase that resulted in her second DUI arrest last year. The past really can come back to haunt a person! Her legal fees will be outrageous to defend herself. She better get some work, make more money, ’cause she’s going to pay pay pay.
The actress was “angry and aggressive” and the guys “felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan’s surprising and sudden act” of allegedly commandeering a car in which they happened to be sitting to chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, according to the lawsuit.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro who are the plaintiffs – are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.
Though no one was physically hurt, their lawsuit describes a wild, traumatic ride with Lindsay supposedly upset and intoxicated as she went after the other car following a party.
“Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed,” the lawsuit says. “Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.”
The lawsuit adds: “She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants.”
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ.com the lawsuit is “absurd.”
“These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in,” he says.
After her arrest Lindsay reached a plea deal in the case and spent 84 minutes in jail for DUI.
She also was sued by the passenger in the car she was chasing.
