Nikki Blonsky’s dad has been bailed out of a Turks and Caicos jail that he had been incarcerated in for over a week. He was freed after posting $3000 bail awarded to him by the Chief Justice.
Carl Blonsky was ordered to return to the Turks and Caicos for a court appearance on August 19, but he does not have to return because a legal representative can appear for him.
He is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm during an airport scuffle he and his darling daughter Nikki supposedly got into with former “Top Model” contestant Bianca Golden.
Nikki and Bianca were also both charged with assault and released on $6,000 bail. Nikki is due back in an island court on December 1, and Bianca is due back on September 17th.
Fifty says, “I’m not going through a custody battle; just a transition. I’d like to be able to just see my baby… In the summertime, for the first two years I was successful, my son has traveled with us on those tours. He was on the Rock the Mic Tour, he was on the Anger Management Tour. This summer, when he’s free, it’s, like, no communication. It’s tough…I really don’t wanna talk about it, because my son at some point will have the opportunity to see the tapes. She’s still his mother, and I’m still his father, regardless. He’s gonna love both of us.”
I have to say I am actually quite taken a back that 50 didn’t call his son’s mom a B I T C H. She is definitely not thinking clearly these days and only seeing dollar signs. There is no reason why 50 shouldn’t be able to see their son, I doubt he tried to ‘kill’ them in that fire. He isn’t that cold!
Shia LaBeouf is not hot whatsoever, and I don’t really see why people think so. He also has a disgusting habit.. SMOKING.. I am soo fed up of smokers, I was just at a restaurant tonight on the patio and these people were blowing their smoke everywhere.. I recently got an inhaler for my allergies and I just wanted to pull it out and take a puff right in front of them and say please put out your cigs.. but I just couldn’t do it because I am just a chicken. Next time the occasion arises I am going to do it…
Anyway back to Shia.. he was caught in Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum’s bathroom smoking. The alarm went off and Shia freaked and put his butt out in the toilet… but it was too late he was warned if he did it again he would be out. Why didn’t they just throw him out, that would have been soo perfect.
50 Cent’s ex Shaniqua who also happens to be the mother of their ten year old son Marquis, has initiated court action stating that he’s trying to evict them from their Long Island New York home.
Her court papers were filed in Manhattan, and she alleges breach of contract, claiming he had promised to buy a $2.4 million Dix Hills house for her and their child, Marquis Jackson, but instead listed the house in his name only.
She lived with him for 4 years until their breakup in 2001. She had gone to court a few months back asking for an increase in child support payments, asking for $50,000 only to have the judge’s ruling in February lower the monthly amount down to $6,700.
Supposedly she and her extended family which includes a new lover, are all living in the Long Island house which 50 Cent is also paying for. The cheek of her, no wonder he wants them all out!
The attorneys were back in court today but were unable to agree to terms for a custody agreement for Britney and KFed. She has a new lawyer, now named Stacy Phillips, since Trope & Trope withdrew themselves .
Apparently, KFed does want her to see their boys, but in a therapeutic environment which means with a therapist present.
It’s really a sad situation since it has only been telephone contact over the past month. The Commisioner ruled that the current custody agreement stays in place, since the lawyers on both sides couldn’t agree.

Lawyer John Eardley filed papers in a federal court last Thursday, inferring that the California courts have stepped on Britney by imposing a conservatorship.
He has told the press that Britney called him, but he’s being vague on the details of that call. Michael Sands, who used to be the spokesperson for K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is now the repping for Eardley. Coincidently, he also reps Sam Lutfi, who has a restraining order on him to stay away from Britney.
The lawyer John Eardley went on to say that Britney was not able to sign a retainer agreement because she is being “held hostage” in her own home. That seems unlikely since she has been photographed out and about shopping with her mother and father and going to the dance studio.
Since filing the papers in a federal court, Eardley has effectively stopped the California courts from issuing more orders in the conservatorship case until a federal judge decides if his filing has any merit.
Louis Vuitton has sued Britney Spears for wrongful use of their brand name. Do you remember the video “Do Something“ where Britney drove around in some flashy pink hummer. Apparently Britney used Louis Vuitton fabric for the interior of her hummer. Talk about expensive! Anyway to make a long story short, Britney has to pay 80,000 dollars in damages to Louis Vuitton!
The video has also been banned. Sony, BMG and MTV Online were all named in the lawsuit. Britney was not.
