Jill Scott is being accused of being a diva after the producer who claims to have made her a star says that the singer walked out on a contract, 3 albums too soon. The 3x Grammy winner is facing a lawsuit from Hidden Beach Records, the company who claims to have discovered her in 1998. In the lawsuit filed in LA County Superior Court, Hidden Beach claims they signed Jill to a 6 album deal in 1999. In 2009, she told the company that she was moving on after only completing 3 of the 6 albums. The company is suing for an unspecified amount.

Lily Allen did the freak on a group of photographers today in London. Check out the pictures of her ranting and hitting before security could restrain her.
The photographers tried to snap her leaving her London home and somehow during the tussle — one of them was shoved into her car so she began swearing at everyone.
Lily finally got to the recording studio a little while later but then she saw more more paparazzi and tossed a water bottle at one of them.
She was hauled down to the police station and questioned for a freak out on paps almost two years ago to the day. No charges were filed then. Homegirl needs to learn how to punch though… she looks like a pathetic amateur.
Yes I’m joking. Shame on her for losing her cool.

MJ’s brother, Jermaine Jackson is being sued by his ex and from the looks of the court documents, she isn’t going to get much since he barely makes 1k a month. Shame on him because she is claiming she is desperate for money as she only makes $81.00 a month and she has the kids.
Jermaine Jackson thinks the $3,000 per month he is currently paying is excessive in child support since he barely made $10,000 last year. He filed legal papers with the L.A. County courts Wednesday, claiming he hasn’t made the big bucks since 2007 when he received $450,000 to appear on the U.K. version of “Big Brother.”
Jermaine claims the current monthly amount he’s required to pay to his ex wife Alejandra Jackson is unfair, because his income from”Big Brother” was taken into account when he agreed to pay $3,000 per month in child support in May 2008. Jermaine is saying he can’t afford to keep up the payment because he’s had a “significant change of circumstance” — and only makes $892.75 per month… which is why he moved back in with his mom!
His documents state that on his current salary, he can barely afford to pay for clothes, laundry, groceries and a tutor for his kids, Jaafar and Jermajesty.
Oh, and he’s so broke he is asking for Alejandra to pay his legal fees too.

Amy Winehouse’s junkie, jailed hubby Blake wants a divorce since he has finally clued in she is over him.
Incarcerated Blake has asked his attorney, Henri Brandman, to write up the divorce papers and claim adultery. The photos of Amy snapped by the paps partying it up with 21-year-old hottie Josh Bowman who she met at a deluxe resort in St. Lucia must have sent him over the edge with jealousy… he’s been replaced with a clean pretty boy toy!
Amy just admitted in an interview with News Of The World that she’s “forgotten I’m even married” and that their “whole marriage was based on drug use.”
She says:
“He (Josh) couldn’t be more different from my husband, which is not a bad thing. Blake looks like me, a right mess. But Josh is all handsome and clean and that’s what I love about him… I’m just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I’ll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs.”
She’s so happy she’s doing cartwheels on the beach! It must be lurve!

By the look of this picture, Amy seems to be having fun at a beach in St. Lucia. Not sure who the dude with her is, but wonder if he is impressed with her athletic skillz. Check out the handstand!
She has been ordered to appear in a Norwegian court on January 12th. She is appealing a drug possession charge she got last October. Amy and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil were arrested after police caught them with seven grams of weed after she performed in the city of Bergen.
According to Norwegian Police, if Amy doesn’t show up at the hearing most likely, her appeal will be dropped.
Blake is once again incarcerated in a British jail.

Take a look at this guy. He is Lindsay Lohan’s stalker. He apparently jumped out at her while she was leaving the Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale, AZ last night. ABC15 says Lindsay and SaMan made an appearance at the club last night and as they were leaving the freak wacked out over Linds.
A police spokesperson said:
“The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling I love her, I love her.”
The 38-year-old deranged man was arrested, but later released a little while later.

Axl Rose is accusing Pepper of profiting off the Guns N’ Roses name, after the company’s website crashed during their free Dr Pepper giveaway this past Sunday. The 20 oz. handouts were a promise made by Pepper if “Chinese Democracy” their new CD ever hit the shelves.
Axl’s lawyers are demanding full-page apologies in four major newspapers: the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. They also want an extended period of time to collect on the free pop and payment for unauthorized use of the Guns and Roses name.
UPDATE: In a statement to E! News, a Dr Pepper rep says: “For us, this was a fun giveaway that has always been about the fans, and we’ve taken great steps to fulfill it, including:
• extending the window for the giveaway from 24 to 42 hours • Adding a toll-free line to handle consumer requests for the coupons • Setting up an interactive voice recorder to accept coupon requests This was one of the largest responses we have ever received for a giveaway, and we’re happy we were able to satisfy the thirst of so many Dr Pepper fans.”

Rapper Mos Def is being hunted by the Las Vegas police department over his alleged attacking of a fashion event photographer this past August.
A warrant has been issued for Def — real name Dante Terrell Smith. He currently is facing charges of felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property.
Volker Corell who is the official photographer for the Men’s Apparel and Garment Industry Convention (MAGIC) in Las Vegas has claimed Def did the freak on him as he was taking pictures of attendees at the event until Mos allegedly yanked the camera off his neck, bashed it around on the ground and then left in a snit with the trashed equipment.
The photographer says his hand was cut during the scuffle.
Def’s hate on for the paparazzi is well known, but Corell was a photographer who was hired for the event and what’s ironic about it all? He says he didn’t even know who Mos was until after the alleged attack!

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by three guys in an SUV she drove during a car chase that resulted in her second DUI arrest last year. The past really can come back to haunt a person! Her legal fees will be outrageous to defend herself. She better get some work, make more money, ’cause she’s going to pay pay pay.
The actress was “angry and aggressive” and the guys “felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan’s surprising and sudden act” of allegedly commandeering a car in which they happened to be sitting to chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, according to the lawsuit.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro who are the plaintiffs – are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.
Though no one was physically hurt, their lawsuit describes a wild, traumatic ride with Lindsay supposedly upset and intoxicated as she went after the other car following a party.
“Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed,” the lawsuit says. “Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.”
The lawsuit adds: “She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants.”
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ.com the lawsuit is “absurd.”
“These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in,” he says.
After her arrest Lindsay reached a plea deal in the case and spent 84 minutes in jail for DUI.
She also was sued by the passenger in the car she was chasing.

The Apprentice boss Donald Trump, gave his opinion with regards to the reports that Madonna could lose half of her $500 million fortune in her divorce from director Guy Ritchie because the couple do not have a prenup.
The Donald who himself has been divorced twice told Life & Style:
“I always thought she was smart — until now.”
I myself just read this on England’s policy on pre-nups:
“In England and Wales the courts have traditionally given little weight to a prenuptial agreement, and have viewed the enforcement of prenuptial agreements as being against public policy.”
The Donald isn’t the only one down on Madonna, her soon to be ex-father-in-law John Ritchie had this to say to The Daily Telegraph :
“She is being beastly. She is saying, ‘Did you ever love me?’ It goes back to a time when she fell off her horse, and she’s blaming him for that. She’s calling him an emotional retard. When he’s being bashed by her, it’s horrid.”
*sigh* Must be awkward and embarrassing to have one’s divorce become public knowledge although, she didn’t help matters by dissing her ex in concert the other night!
