Filled in: Unfortunately, she again did it before she was supposed to. Lindsay Lohan was supposed to have a court hearing today regarding her probation violation, but she left the Betty Ford Clinic last night and this is not in accordance with her new probation terms. Lindsay Lohan might be facing even more jail time for her new transgressions. For her sake she’d better be heading for Minnesota with the intention of following Elton John’s advice because her situation just seems to be getting worse and worse. But knowing Lindsay Lohan, she’s probably out ruining her probation in ways never before conceived.

Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos and the prosecutor in the Rihanna case have been dealing in “serious” plea bargain negotiations and says an unnamed source, a “deal is close.”
TMZ is reporting that Chris will plead not guilty tomorrow, as the plea may just be a formality.
Sources say Rihanna has insisted that she does not want to tesitfy in the case and prefers that Chris cops a plea deal.
She’s in Barbados right now and TMZ says it is because “she wants to be as far away from this case as possible.”

DMX is officially on “lockdown status” in Arizona’s Tent City Jail for threatening to fight the guards.
After DMX didn’t show up for his medication, officials say he began swearing at officers and threatened to “assault somebody to get some respect.”
DMX was immediately tossed into lockdown and punished with a “special diet that is a form of bread and water.”
It all started when he refused to report for work, telling officers, “I already have a job and don’t need this (expletive).”
Sounds like he still hasn’t learned anything from being incarcerated. He fails to obey the rules outside of the cage and it seems while he’s in the big cage.

Amy Winehouse’s junkie, jailed hubby Blake wants a divorce since he has finally clued in she is over him.
Incarcerated Blake has asked his attorney, Henri Brandman, to write up the divorce papers and claim adultery. The photos of Amy snapped by the paps partying it up with 21-year-old hottie Josh Bowman who she met at a deluxe resort in St. Lucia must have sent him over the edge with jealousy… he’s been replaced with a clean pretty boy toy!
Amy just admitted in an interview with News Of The World that she’s “forgotten I’m even married” and that their “whole marriage was based on drug use.”
She says:
“He (Josh) couldn’t be more different from my husband, which is not a bad thing. Blake looks like me, a right mess. But Josh is all handsome and clean and that’s what I love about him… I’m just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I’ll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs.”
She’s so happy she’s doing cartwheels on the beach! It must be lurve!

By the look of this picture, Amy seems to be having fun at a beach in St. Lucia. Not sure who the dude with her is, but wonder if he is impressed with her athletic skillz. Check out the handstand!
She has been ordered to appear in a Norwegian court on January 12th. She is appealing a drug possession charge she got last October. Amy and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil were arrested after police caught them with seven grams of weed after she performed in the city of Bergen.
According to Norwegian Police, if Amy doesn’t show up at the hearing most likely, her appeal will be dropped.
Blake is once again incarcerated in a British jail.

Take a look at this guy. He is Lindsay Lohan’s stalker. He apparently jumped out at her while she was leaving the Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale, AZ last night. ABC15 says Lindsay and SaMan made an appearance at the club last night and as they were leaving the freak wacked out over Linds.
A police spokesperson said:
“The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling I love her, I love her.”
The 38-year-old deranged man was arrested, but later released a little while later.

Amy Winehouse’s estranged hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil is actually going back to jail after failing a drug test, so says the Sun. According to an article by the British tabloid, Blake somehow managed to go to the hospital where Amy is bedridden to tell her.
A source said:
“Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose — everyone was totally shocked.
“He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose.”
He had been at Live Works rehab in Woking, Surrey, planned to hand himself in to police after an evening with her.
A source said:
“If he had stayed in prison last month rather than taking the rehab option he was set to be released at the end of this month. He’s blown it.”
Blaaake could end up jailed until early 2010 now that he’s blown his chance in rehab. This is too pathetic to even joke about. Hopefully being behind bars will lesson the chance that he’ll die from a drug overdose.

Kanye West made a blog post in his traditional all in CAPS to explain his arrest early Friday morning in the U.K. for allegedly assaulting a paparazzo. Here is the alleged victim below. Notice his injuries. They seem rather insignificant, which is probably why there are no charges pending!
Kanye writes:

I DIDN’T ASSAULT HIM BUT MERELY PUTTING MY HAND UP TO COVER HIS LENS. MY SECURITY YELLED, “GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM.” I GUESS IN ALL THE COMMOTION THE CAMERA SCRAPED HIS NOSE.
THREE HOURS LATER I GET A KNOCK AT MY HOTEL DOOR. THERE WERE FIVE POLICE OFFICERS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I HAD MY SECURITY GO SPEAK WITH THEM. THE COPS WERE VERY CORDIAL BUT TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ARREST ME BECAUSE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THAT WAS THE BOGUS PART. THEY PLACED ME IN HANDCUFFS AND DROVE ME TO THE STATION. THEY SPOKE ABOUT HOW THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A PUBLICITY STUNT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BUT THEY STILL HAD TO GO THOUGH THE MOTIONS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL THERE WERE PAPARAZZI HANGING OVER THE BRIDGE ABOVE THE HOTEL TRYING TO GET A SHOT OF ME GETTING OUT THE POLICE VAN. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T CHARGED, THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. SURE ENOUGH THE NEXT MORNING, PLASTERED ACROSS EVERY MEDIA OUTLET… KANYE GETS ARRESTED. IT DIDN’T MATTER THAT I WASN’T CHARGED OR THE FACT THAT I HADN’T ASSAULTED ANYONE. ALL THAT MATTERED WAS THAT I WAS ARRESTED.
SIDEBAR, THEY QUOTED ME AS SAYING…”GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM!” LIKE I WAS TALKING IN THIRD PERSON. HE TRIED TO MAKE ME SOUND LIKE A CRAZY PERSON AND PEOPLE BELIEVED HIM. WHAT MERIT DOES THIS GUY HAVE THAT HE CAN SAY SOMETHING ABOUT ME AND PEOPLE TAKE IT AS LAW? THE FACT THAT HE COULD GET ME ARRESTED OFF A MERE COMPLAINT BUT I CAN’T ASK HIM TO STOP TAKING PICTURES OF ME IS VERY LOPSIDED.

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by three guys in an SUV she drove during a car chase that resulted in her second DUI arrest last year. The past really can come back to haunt a person! Her legal fees will be outrageous to defend herself. She better get some work, make more money, ’cause she’s going to pay pay pay.
The actress was “angry and aggressive” and the guys “felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan’s surprising and sudden act” of allegedly commandeering a car in which they happened to be sitting to chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, according to the lawsuit.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro who are the plaintiffs – are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.
Though no one was physically hurt, their lawsuit describes a wild, traumatic ride with Lindsay supposedly upset and intoxicated as she went after the other car following a party.
“Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed,” the lawsuit says. “Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.”
The lawsuit adds: “She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants.”
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ.com the lawsuit is “absurd.”
“These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in,” he says.
After her arrest Lindsay reached a plea deal in the case and spent 84 minutes in jail for DUI.
She also was sued by the passenger in the car she was chasing.

A judge has just ordered the immediate release of Busta who had been detained at London City Airport on his arrival in the UK to play a charity gig despite having a work permit to play at the Orange RockCorps gig at the Royal Albert Hall. Curiously enough, he had previously visited the UK twice this year.
Mr Justice Flaux, who earlier granted an injunction by telephone to prevent Rhymes being returned to Amsterdam, heard Busta was kept in a room measuring 7ft by 8ft under the eyes of five armed police officers.
He ruled that it was arguable that Rhymes’s detention was unlawful.
The judge said:
“It seems to me that it is difficult to see upon what basis the temporary admission of the claimant or his temporary release into the jurisdiction has been refused. In all the circumstances it seems to me that he is entitled to an order that he be released forthwith or alternatively is entitled to bail.”
Stephen Greene, co-founder of RockCorps, said:
“We’re shocked at this sequence of events and this treatment of Busta. Orange RockCorps has inspired thousands of young Brits to help their community, get involved and make a real difference through a love of music.”
Busta hasn’t ever served any time in prison, and has completed community service for his convictions. In 2007 he was charged in New York with an assault on his former driver.
The Orange RockCorps event is part of a government-funded programme to boost volunteering, set up by Gordon Brown in 2006. The event is endorsed by the Princes Trust and the GLA, and has the support of London Mayor Boris Johnson.
