The Girls Aloud singer is apparently feeling a bit insecure about how she looks at the moment so she is working really, really hard on attaining a new fitness goal. Sarah Harding has set herself that goal in the form of a special skill she wants to master. This is what she had to say on the matter: “I could definitely be slimmer, but I’m working on it with my trainer. I want to crack nuts with my ass! Do I have ugly days? All the time. I have breakouts, or days when I’m pictured with a double chin. I just think, ‘Urgh, I want to run away and hide.’” Well it is pretty clear that Sarah Harding knows what she wants… and if she does manage to master such a skill she might even come to realize that she has a trade to fall back to should her career with Girls Aloud go awry.

To mark their 10th anniversary, Girls Aloud is reportedly planning a reunion of epic proportions to celebrate the milestone. It was originally the pop band’s hope to reunite during the Glastonbury next year, but as it turns out, the festival has been canceled since the Olympic Games are going to London. As a solution, the girls are playing at the Olympics. Their manager, Hilary Shaw, is currently at work to make the gig happen for them. If it does happen, Girls Aloud could potentially be playing alongside acts like Coldplay and The Rolling Stones. 10 years is something to celebrate so I really hope this happens.

Cheryl Cole performed her latest single ‘Promise This’ on last weekend’s X Factor and it seems that all her Girls Aloud band mates were on hand to show their support as a picture of the group backstage has made it on the internet. However, noticeably missing is one Nadine Coyle. I suppose it’s just like anyone else in a work environment. You don’t have to like everyone you work with so long as you can get the job done and still be civil. Maybe Nadine should just bite her tongue, be civil and get the job done with the rest of the professionals in her band.

The singer has recently spoken out with regards to her band mates, the so-called break they are all on that seems to never end and the fact that she is getting blamed for it all. This is what Nadine Coyle had to say: “Two years ago, we all agreed to take a break to give people time to do their own things, and this has all just blown up. It really hurts when I hear things like I’m holding the girls back. It’s just absurd. People can make up their own minds but honestly, it’s not true.” It looks like there’s a real conflict between Nadine Coyle and Girls Aloud and this can only mean one thing for certain: their long-awaited reunion isn’t going to happen any time soon.

The singer recently spoke out about how things are really going in the Girls Aloud camp especially since she entered the scene. This is what Nadine Coyle said on the matter: “From day one. Well, maybe not day one, but definitely week two. And that’s how it worked from then onwards. The girls just left me to it. And then they would come in and do their parts, and they would have their holidays. We were very, very separate. We didn’t know it any other way. After the last record, it was the right time to go and do our own individual things, and then come back together when the time was right, if the time was right.” Well that’s one way to go about it. But what happens when the tours come along? How will Girls Aloud go about all of this then? Or don’t they plan to tour anymore?
