Britney and Adnan got a nice little visit from  Papa Spears.  Following his conference with hotel security, Mr Spears entered Britney’s room. He then reminded her she was still under conservatorship. He also told Adnan that he better pay for the room.  After that all three left and went back to Britney’s house to spend the night. I find it odd that Jamie didn’t kick Adnan out for good. Why would he get to stay the night? I guess Britney put up a fight to keep Adnan with her.

Lutfi has just has just told Access Hollywood:

“Her mother is not someone who cares about her daughter, she’s only concerned with herself. Sad but true. She was too busy getting a manicure to come over yesterday, despite her daughters (sic) pleas. Sad, very sad.”

I am surprised that Lutfi would even bother with this, I guess Lynn has really axed him out of Britney’s life and he is trying very hard to get back in. Bashing someone’s mother is not going to get you in! Britney is fragile as is, and it is probably better off is she gets a whole new circle of friends who actually care about her, rather than use her for their personal gain.

Here is Britney Spears crying her eyes out (for the paparazzi) after hers and Sam Lutfi’s fight. I am not sure quite what went down but it was something to do with Sam wanting to keep Adnan out of Britney’s life, and also something to do with Lynn Spears. These people are truly crazy, I do not know why they don’t just throw Britney in rehab for like 6 months because that is what she truly needs.

Louis Vuitton has sued Britney Spears for wrongful  use of their brand name. Do you remember the  video “Do Something“ where Britney drove around in some flashy pink hummer. Apparently Britney used Louis Vuitton fabric for the interior of her hummer. Talk about expensive! Anyway to make a long story short, Britney has to pay 80,000 dollars in damages to Louis Vuitton!

The video has also been banned. Sony, BMG and MTV Online were all named in the lawsuit. Britney was not.

Here is a new promo shot from the Spice Girls. It looks as though Geri forgot her top, (what a surprise). I thought the main reason why they broke up in the first place, was because Geri always tried to be the center of attention, and with abs like that how can she not be?
Sporty Spice, has recently said she will quit the tour in a heartbeat if any of them start acting like bitchy. She said, “If it goes into a diva drama, I’m out of the circus.”

If she quits the tour I think there will be a lot of angry people out there have have paid massive amounts to see the girls.

As Diddy was walking into his ‘own’ store in New York City on Friday night for the launch party to celebrate his new Sean John women’s line, he was served legal papers from that NY promoter James Walden. He’s the guy who said he tried to talk with Diddy at a booth inside a club last summer when the Didster gave instructions for his muscle to ‘forcibly remove’ him from the area. He claims to have suffered “bruises, contusions, lacerations, and injuries to his mouth and teeth.” He is suing for 5 mill for his pain and suffering.

Naturally, as with all things Diddy, drama ensued. Just as he was being served, his bodyguards lashed out and knocked the papers to the ground letting Diddy walk right on by.

A short while later, one of Diddy’s goons returned to pick up the scattered papers, and at the same time, chased the process server off the premises.

Here is the report of why Britney skipped her visit with the kids. I bet she was drugged out and didn’t want to take the test. I am sure if she wasn’t answering the intercom, KFed’s people would have called the cell phone to see where she was at. Seems a tad bit shady, but either way read the report.

LOU Pearlman the man responsible for creating *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys as well as launched the careers of Justin Timberlake and Nick Carter - was a pedophile who preyed on the young male protégés he mentored.

“I would absolutely say the guy was a sexual predator. All the talent knew what Lou’s game was,” Steve Mooney, who was Pearlman’s assistant, as well as an aspiring singer told VF’s Bryan Burrough.

Phoenix Stone who was an early member of the Backstreet Boys, told Vanity Fair that Pearlman was “definitely inappropriate” with Nick Carter. Nick’s mother, Jane Carter, refused to get into specifics but did say: “Certain things happened and it almost destroyed our family. I tried to warn everyone. I tried to warn all the mothers . . . I tried to expose him for what he was years ago.”

He is currently in jail for embezzeling more than $300 million from investors. He better watch himself now, pedophiles and child molesters are the lowest of the low in prison.

The first round between 50 and Kanye West may be headed for a knock-out! I was reading Billboard and they claim that ‘Ye’s Graduation is on track to sell about 575,000-700,000 copies its first week out, while 50’s Curtis is slated for 550,000.

I also checked out SoundScan as they have tallied the one-day figures as well: West sold 437,000 copies while 50 moved 310,000. To make it all the more ‘painful’ Kanye seems to be crushing at some stores in 50’s hometown of New York!

Back in 2005 Lindsay Lohan was involved in a car accident, and despite the California Highway Patrol’s investigation that concluded that Lohan was not drunk, and found the other driver at fault for making an illegal U-turn, the man wants his day in court.

“This is a bogus claim. Mr. Ortega is 100% at fault and Lindsay shouldn’t have to pay anything,” said Lohan’s attorney, David J. Ozeran

Today, L.A. Superior County Judge Michael L. Stern gave Raymundo Ortega who is a busboy, approval to move forward with his civil lawsuit against her. Ortega alleges, that Lohan, who is still in rehab, was driving while intoxicated as she was attempting to avoid paparazzi on Robertson Blvd, when her black Mercedes smashed into his van back in 2005.

Ortega’s lawyer, Robert G. Klein, says he has had conversations with several potential witnesses in the case, including an employee of the Ivy who allegedly served booze to her when she was 19-year-old.

Ortega hopes to receive financial compensation for his pain and suffering!
in excess of $200,000, as well as other damages and medical expenses. A
jury trial is set to start April 7 of 2008.
