Suge Knight was arrested earlier today, this time in Las Vegas for assault with a deadly weapon, possession of controlled substances and domestic violence against his girlfriend.

He allegedly attacked his girlfriend that he’s been seeing for three years. She is saying he punched her in the back of the head while they were driving so she tried getting out of the car as well as grabbed the steering wheel in an attempt to try to cause an accident so someone would notice the trouble she was in and help her.   Poor woman.  She must have been terrified.

The car hit the curb, came to a stop, and she jumped out and ran. He chased her and caught her at the same time the cops arrived.

The police say they saw Suge kick her in the head and had a knife in his hand.

He just got knocked out by that guy a few weeks back, what is he trying to do… regain his street cred by beating on his woman? When is this repeat offender going to do some jail time?

A settlement was filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that wrapped up the custody issue between KFed and Britney.

Britney must pay K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Kaplan’s $250,000 tab.

K-Fed got a 5k increase per month in child support which brings it to 20k a month.

The agreement did not mention visitation but currently Brit has three days and one night a week with the boys and that will increase eventually. Supposedly she’ll be given a second overnight a week.

Britney did not ask for custody, because she’s still under a conservatorship which means K-Fed has sole custody and she has visitation rights.

Hopefully now that things are sorted, she can relax, get well, get her life back on track and eventually get 50/50 custody. She seems headed in the right direction thanks to the watchful eye of Papa Spears. He has been a good influence so far.

We all wondered if these 2 media whores were actually making any money with all their staged photoshoots and club appearances. Apparently they pulled in 3 million together within the last 2 years. That is a lot of money for not really doing that much. I love that people with hardly any talent can pull in more money in two years, than a hard working regular Joe through his whole life. If they keep up all their ‘hard’ work, they will probably have more than someone like Lindsay Lohan who has squandered all her money away.

Brooke Hogan is apparently suffering severely due to her brothers arrest, and her mother and fathers breakup. I feel for Brook it must be hard to have a complete family breakdown after everything was soo cheery during the Hogan reality series.

Hulk explains his take on reality tv

“I was offered lots of [reality] shows when I was making my career comeback against The Rock, but I kept saying no. But years later, it was my daughter’s career and son’s racing career that we were thinking about. We saw the Ashlee Simpson show and Jessica Simpson’s and Lindsay Lohan on the big screen and we just didn’t haven’t a vehicle to compete. But I considered it, because this time it was about the Hogan family rather than Hulk Hogan; they all wanted to do it and I tried to warn them about what they were in for. Now look what happened.”

I love how Hulk Hogan blames everything on the TV show when it was he that screwed one of Brooks friends! He is the reason that him and his wife broke up not some silly reality show. We all know reality shows don’t do wonders for relationships but cheating doesn’t help either.

Not too much news going on I guess everyone is with their families today. I found a picture of the girl that Adnan supposedly cheated with apparently she is going public.

Amanda Pagel is claiming she slept with Adnan for three months behind Britney’s back – said: “Britney used to call all the time when he was at mine. She sent him hundreds of texts a day, sometimes just seconds apart.” Somehow I feel this girl is just trying to get some attention. Adnan would be stupid to cheat on Brit especially since he is constantly being watched by the paparazzi.

Paris is seriously a walking billboard for her new bf’s clothing line. Here she is flanting quite a bit of cleavage along with the Madden Boys DCMA shirt. It kind of reminds me the Stars and Straps type stuff especially with that font. Even Nicole who is married to Joel isn’t strutting around in their new clothing line! I am kind of sick of all these ‘celebrities’ getting into the fashion industry. Don’t they have enough money!?

Lily Allen came out from a night of partying to find her nice new BMW window smashed. Here is what she had to say about this situation. I kinda like that rather than speculation Lily just comes right out and tells us how she feels on her myspace page.

If you see photos in the press or online of my car window being “smashed by vandals”, I just want you to know that it was one of the many paparazzi who were following us who did it. There were so many of them hassling us that it is difficult to say which one of them did it but i had to leap in a taxi to get away from them, my friend Emily had to get into the car which was covered in broken glass and drive it away. It was a scary situation and i want people to know that it was totally their fault and that the whole situation has angered and upset me. Emily got cut from sitting on the broken glass and we are both horrified that people could behave in this way and get away with it.

So we all have heard the rumors, and couldn’t believe it was true… now they have decided to go official. Paris Hilton and Benji Madden went shopping at Fred Segal today and were holding hands. Isn’t that sweet? I bet Nicole is rolling over in her sleep thinking b*tch couldn’t have my hubby so she went for my hubby’s twin!  Even though Nicole is supposedly on friendly terms with Paris, I know that is what she is thinking!

I can’t believe Benji would go with Ms. Herpes, I guess he had it too. YUCK

The attorneys were back in court today but were unable to agree to terms for a custody agreement for Britney and KFed. She has a new lawyer, now named Stacy Phillips, since Trope & Trope withdrew themselves .
Apparently, KFed does want her to see their boys, but in a therapeutic environment which means with a therapist present.
It’s really a sad situation since it has only been telephone contact over the past month. The Commisioner ruled that the current custody agreement stays in place, since the lawyers on both sides couldn’t agree.

Lawyer John Eardley filed papers in a federal court last Thursday, inferring that the California courts have stepped on Britney by imposing a conservatorship.
He has told the press that Britney called him, but he’s being vague on the details of that call. Michael Sands, who used to be the spokesperson for K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is now the repping for Eardley. Coincidently, he also reps Sam Lutfi, who has a restraining order on him to stay away from Britney.

The lawyer John Eardley went on to say that Britney was not able to sign a retainer agreement because she is being “held hostage” in her own home. That seems unlikely since she has been photographed out and about shopping with her mother and father and going to the dance studio.

Since filing the papers in a federal court, Eardley has effectively stopped the California courts from issuing more orders in the conservatorship case until a federal judge decides if his filing has any merit.
