Actress Freida Pinto said she was more fortunate with her diet than her Immortals co-stars. The 26-year-old actress stars in the movie alongside Kellan Lutz, Henry Cavill and Luke Evans and the men had a gruelling diet regime whereas she didn’t have to diet so hard. She told Access Hollywood: “I didn’t have to keep it as strict as the boys had to. I would see them and offer them fruit and they’d say: ‘No, we can’t have fruit’. “And I’m like: ‘Fruit? Fruit’s healthy!’ And they’d say: ‘Yeah… but it’s sugar.’ I just felt bad for them.”

I’m going to Mexico in June. I’m in a working-out process and I’m definitely back on trying to lose weight. “It’s about being healthy, though. The 26-year-old’s big sisters Kim, 30, and Kourtney, 31, may be known for their curves, but Khloe admits she is not as confident in her body. Speaking in a video blog on Monday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said: “My weight is always going up and down. I’m always fighting that. “I feel like no matter what I do, I never look good enough to everybody else.” Kardashian said she has learnt to love her curvy figure – but she still gets affected by what some of her critics say. She added: “That’s been a struggle that I think I’ve gotten a hold of, not caring what other people think. “But as much as I say that, other people’s words eventually come and do hit you hard.” After wearing an Alexander McQueen dress to the People’s Choice Awards earlier in the month, Kardashian was rumoured to be pregnant with husband Lamar Odom’s child. But Khloe says false reports like that are just another example of the scrutiny she receives about her body. She said: “I think my weight is my biggest lifetime struggle. It’s not the biggest thing in life, but it does get you down sometimes.”
Model-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker has revealed that she went through a period of “wrecking” her body with “crazy diets” when she was first starting out as a model. In an interview in the February issue of Self magazine, the 23-year-old Sports Illustrated star says she struggled with body confidence when she was younger. She tells the US health and fitness magazine: “When I was younger, I was insecure about being gangly and having no shape. People made fun of me and called me a boy. I remember praying for boobs and a bum. “Luckily, I grew into myself and got curves, but when I was first modelling, I wished for that boyish ‘Gisele’ body again!” As a result, she admits she went to extreme measures to lose weight. Brooklyn, who married tennis pro Andy Roddick in 2009, says: “When I moved to New York, I was always with other aspiring models. There were bingers and purgers, and everyone watched each other eat. It freaked me out. “I did juice fasts and crazy diets and ended up gaining weight. My father did an intervention and got me to stop obsessing about everyone else and wrecking my body.” These days, the Just Go With It star avoids getting obsessed with what she eats and just focuses on loving food — especially her favourite sweets. She says: “If it were legal, I’d marry a Sour Patch Kid. Eating is more fulfilling if you talk about what you should eat, rather than what you shouldn’t. “Instead of worrying about what foods might have too much fat or sugar, think, ‘Oh, I should eat these blueberries for the antioxidants’.”
