Britney’s next video “Break the Ice” will showcase an anime character, a superhero in a futuristic world that looks nothing like her. Supposedly the idea came from Britney herself, so this should be an interesting change .

I have to admit, she does seem to come up with all sorts of randomness! I wonder if this superhero loves fraps and the papparazzi as much as she does? Remember this could actually be one of those Ashton Kutcher punk the press deals. Although I don’t put this past Britney whatsoever.

Looks like Danity Kane have posed like Britney did back in 2003 for Esquire magazine. Who do you think did it better? Danity Kanes album “Welcome To The Dollhouse” seems to be very highly anticipated by many fans. I put their first single Damaged on my ipod and I can’t get it out of my head. “Do you .. do you… do you…have a first aid kit handy?” haha go check it out because it is very catchy. I just wish two of the Danity Kane girls would have posed like Britney did from the ends. So we could see a nice side view of their most likely very tight butts. (If not I am sure photoshop would have done the trick to tighten them up!)

Adnan was trying to get a hold of Britney so he could visit her but he ended up getting denied! Here he is dialing Brit’s number but good ol Brit wasn’t answering. Adnan was pretty embarrassed so he just drove away with the papparazzi roaring with laughter.

I actually feel pretty bad for Britney, imagine walking into that mess everytime you go out. This picture really gives a good idea of what a day in the life of Britney is like. She was just out shopping and this is the kind of mob she attracts.

Even Jamie Spears can’t keep control of the media… If Britney moved to a Canadian city I think she would be way better off, I have never even seen a papparazzi hanging around.

The attorneys were back in court today but were unable to agree to terms for a custody agreement for Britney and KFed. She has a new lawyer, now named Stacy Phillips, since Trope & Trope withdrew themselves .
Apparently, KFed does want her to see their boys, but in a therapeutic environment which means with a therapist present.
It’s really a sad situation since it has only been telephone contact over the past month. The Commisioner ruled that the current custody agreement stays in place, since the lawyers on both sides couldn’t agree.

Lawyer John Eardley filed papers in a federal court last Thursday, inferring that the California courts have stepped on Britney by imposing a conservatorship.
He has told the press that Britney called him, but he’s being vague on the details of that call. Michael Sands, who used to be the spokesperson for K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is now the repping for Eardley. Coincidently, he also reps Sam Lutfi, who has a restraining order on him to stay away from Britney.

The lawyer John Eardley went on to say that Britney was not able to sign a retainer agreement because she is being “held hostage” in her own home. That seems unlikely since she has been photographed out and about shopping with her mother and father and going to the dance studio.

Since filing the papers in a federal court, Eardley has effectively stopped the California courts from issuing more orders in the conservatorship case until a federal judge decides if his filing has any merit.

So there is a law going into effect that Papparazzi have to stay a certain amount of fee away from celebrities. Many are naming this the ‘Britney law’ due to her excessive paparazzi followers. Apparently the law is going to start being enforced March 1st. There is also speculation that the  paps might start need to be licensed and if they  come to close they will lose their rights to the pictures they take and they will also lose their license.

It has been awhile since youngster Jamie Lynn has been photographed. I guess all the morning sickness is getting to her. I wonder what goes on inside this girls head. She probably looks up to Britney so much. I hope that she realizes that Britney is off the deep end, and wants to be nothing like her. I think her wishy washy boyfriend will come around soon, when he finds out he can make a killing in child support off Jamie.

He said, “The British accent is part of the mania. She’ll stick to the British accent because she becomes comfortable with it… But you know, when the pink wig comes on, it’s getting bad.” He also admitted to giving her ’sleeping pills’ by telling her “these pills are working wonders, they are miracle pills.”

When I told her, she wrote me a note and put a big heart on it and it said, ‘I love you, Sam. Are there people coming? Circle yes or no, Oh, my God, it was funny, just the cutest little thing. I circled yes and I gave it back to her, and she looked at me and she’s like, ‘Oh, lord, here we go again.’”

Sleeping pills and other meds are starting to become severely dangerous for Hollywood. I think giving a ‘handful’ of pills to someone is actually quite scary. How does he know what other pills Britney popped before!

Adnan went to visit Britney today while her parents were in court. No one knows if he actually got to go and see Britney but he did go to the hospital with pink roses.  Adnan wasn’t alone, he brought his own paparazzi to catch his every move! How disgusting is that. This guy needs to be next on the family’s list to ax out of Britney’s life. A nice retraining order should do the trick!
