The rocker from Babyshambles who has supposedly been free of drug use since he left rehab earlier this year is already spending time with his old friends again. Pete Doherty was found to be using drugs on a flight he was on from London to Geneva after he spent an exceptionally long time in the bathroom. A source said the following about Pete Doherty when he was finally drawn out of the bathroom: “The crew knocked on the door but Pete didn’t come out. They eventually managed to get in 10 minutes before the plane landed. Pete was taken back to his seat and he looked completely out of it. One of the crew took the needle out of the toilet wrapped in a tissue.” What’s the big deal… maybe the man had a bad dish of guacamole and washed it down with a gallon of gin. And as for the needle… well, maybe the needle was just there all along.
