Mischa Barton was recently busted for drinking, drugging, and driving. The stats have now come out that she was well over the legal limit of 0.8 with a whopping 0.12 and also admitted to smoking weed. I think Mischa’s career is pretty much over, and this almost seems like a desperate cry for help. She figured she might as well drive, and if she gets busted she will get in the tabloids and if she doesn’t then great she can do it again tomorrow. Why not just get a driver?? It’s not as if she doesn’t have the money!

Pete Doherty just out of rehab after having spent about a month there is looking healthier. It looks to me as if he has put on a bit of weight, not much mind you. Speaking on BBC 6Music, Pete told DJ Steve Lamacq: “I’m healthy, physically, a bit wobbly.” He added: “I’m not sure about complete abstinence [from drugs]. But it’s a 12 step philosophy. It’s one day at a time I suppose.” He then went on to reveal about his therapy sessions while in rehab : “Apparently I’ve got loads of self-esteem issues,” he said, before joking: “I thought I was alright!”

Though he admits to only being allowed access to his guitar twice a week for one hour at a time, he has asked his friend Amy Winehouse to drop in and visit him in his Wiltshire bolthole for jamming sessions.

I’d love to hear a collab from the two of them if they ever got around to actually making music!

Justin Timberlake has apparently canceled a few of his shows due to being hungover. Here is what JT had to say to his fans in San Jose about why he had to reschedule his concert:

I went to the Justin Show and he had shots on stage, told us how he loved to party etc.. I hope he doesn’t end up like Amy Winehouse canceling all sorts of shows. I didn’t think he would dare cancel a show due to being hungover, that is just pathetic. Justin I thought you had a bit more dignity.

There are rumors surfacing that Pete Wentz asked his girlfriend Ashlee Simpson to marry him at the Live Earth concert. For some reason I highly doubt these rumors are true, but I guess we will have to wait and see. There was also a rumor that sparked that Ashlee may be pregnant due to her refusal for alcohol and constant belly rubbing at a party last week. Maybe she had too much to drink the night before and wasn’t feeling so hot!

Either way we will have to wait and see for these rumors.
