Actor Eddie Cibrian has defended his wife LeAnn Rimes against critics who have said she is too thin. The country singer has been criticised recently for her tiny frame, but her 38-year-old husband told Access Hollywood Live that his famous wife is “healthy” and at times eats more than he does. The former CSI: Miami star said: “It bothers me because, obviously, I know she’s healthy. She eats more than I do sometimes.” He added: “She’s just a very [conscientious] eater, as far as what she eats. She eats pretty healthy, but she works out pretty hard too and she actually takes pride in the way she looks, and it is a shame that people will jump on the bandwagon just because she is fit. And she’s far from unhealthy.” Cibrian said his 29-year-old wife complements her healthy eating regime with lots of exercise. “She works out like crazy. She works out hard. She boxes. She trains,” he told the celebrity news website.

Kirstie Alley has revealed that she has lost a whopping 100lbs. The 60-year-old actress first started dropping the weight after appearing on Dancing With The Stars and said she is finally down to a US size-four. “I’ve lost 100 pounds,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I feel like I’m back in my element. I honestly didn’t even realize what I looked like.” “Before Dancing With The Stars, I bought these dresses from size 14 to 4. [They were] all the same dress, and I said, ‘You know what I really want? I really wanna be in this dress in a 4!’” But she insisted that she won’t be turning to plastic surgery for a quick nip and tuck. “I haven’t had plastic surgery but here’s the reason: People do plastic surgery to make you look younger,” she said. “I don’t think it makes you look younger. It’s more like it can make you look weirder.”

Olivia Munn has revealed that she grew up hating her curves. As a teenager, the 31-year-old actress refused to wear a bra, and wore baggy T-shirts so that she would look less womanly. “I hated becoming a woman for a long time, so I didn’t wear a bra for a long time,” she told the New York Post. “I would wear these long T-shirts, because I wanted to look like a kid. Around fifth of sixth grade my mother dragged me to Bloomingdale’s and said ‘You’re putting on a bra and throwing away all your oversized T-shirts’.”

Sarah Michelle Geller has revealed that becoming a mum is the best thing she’s ever done. The actress has one-year-old daughter Charlotte Grace with husband Freddie Prinze Jr, and said having her little girl tops all her other achievements. “I don’t want to feel like a failure to my daughter,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “She’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Buffy — pretty great and all, but Charlotte’s way better.” Now working as an actress and co-executive producer in new series Ringer, the 34-year-old revealed she naps on her lunch break so she can get up with Charlotte. She admitted that being the boss has its perks. “My family comes first and you have to be in charge to protect that,” she said. But everyone on the show seems to be on the same page. “Our kids are all the same age,” she said. “It’s a big support system I never had before.”

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have reportedly come up with a set of ‘house rules’ to help keep their relationship fresh. The couple moved in together last month after just a couple of months of dating, and have apparently agreed to a few ground rules to make sure that they don’t lose their spark. According to Now magazine, the rules include having a shower together every morning, giving each other a foot rub or massage each night and making every meal a candlelit dinner, even if it is takeaway. They also have to say ‘I love you’ as often as possible and cook for each other at least twice a week.

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has admitted she doesn’t know how to put make-up on and never does her nails. The 46-year-old revealed her glamorous appearance is all down to a team of stylists. She said to UK’s Star magazine: “It’s not me. I don’t know how to put make-up on. I never do my nails and I almost never do my hair. “I’ve probably had nail polish on my nails twice in 10 years. That’s it. I have manicures only when I’m working and I’m like a butcher when I do them at home. Very badly. “I can’t blow-dry my own hair. I don’t know how and I just sweat.”

Jesse Metcalfe has admitted that he would love to reprise his role as a hunky gardener in the final series of Desperate Housewives. The 32-year-old rose to fame for playing the often-shirtless green-fingered teenager John Rowland in the first season, and has made several appearances over the years. With the show set to wrap after this season, he told The Sun he feels the time is right to make a return. “I would definitely be open to it. It seems appropriate, seeing as I was part of the birth and the initial success of the show, to bring me back for the final season,” he said. “But we’ll see if there’s interest there. I do think it’s the right time. It was a very successful show and it’ll be forever ingrained in the public consciousness.”
