Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have reportedly come up with a set of ‘house rules’ to help keep their relationship fresh. The couple moved in together last month after just a couple of months of dating, and have apparently agreed to a few ground rules to make sure that they don’t lose their spark. According to Now magazine, the rules include having a shower together every morning, giving each other a foot rub or massage each night and making every meal a candlelit dinner, even if it is takeaway. They also have to say ‘I love you’ as often as possible and cook for each other at least twice a week.

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has admitted she doesn’t know how to put make-up on and never does her nails. The 46-year-old revealed her glamorous appearance is all down to a team of stylists. She said to UK’s Star magazine: “It’s not me. I don’t know how to put make-up on. I never do my nails and I almost never do my hair. “I’ve probably had nail polish on my nails twice in 10 years. That’s it. I have manicures only when I’m working and I’m like a butcher when I do them at home. Very badly. “I can’t blow-dry my own hair. I don’t know how and I just sweat.”

Mark Wahlberg is planning to help fans get fit and healthy by launching a ‘wellness business’. The 40-year-old Hollywood actor — who is also set to open a burger joint called Wahlburgers in Boston with brothers Donnie and Paul — said that he is interested in branching out into the world of fitness. He told the Daily Star, “We are interested at some point or another doing our own clothing line in the future. As well as a health and wellness business that will help people first and foremost feel good, exercise, eat right, and then look good. “Eighty-five per cent of the population doesn’t exercise and eat right, and you want to be able to push them in the direction of extending their lifespan and living healthy lives.”

Mel C believes that her new album is her working at her best. The 37-year-old former Spice Girl recently put the finishing touches to The Sea, and thinks it is the best music she has made since her 1999 album Northern Star. She told Digital Spy, “I think it’s me at my best it really reminds me of my first album. “I’m so, so pleased – I think from quite early in the writing sessions I got a really excited feeling because the songs are coming quite quickly and they felt very strong right up to the end. The album has only been ready for about a week. “This is the closest to the release date we’ve actually been finishing.” And she revealed that she realised that she wanted to get back in the studio while appearing in Blood Brothers in London’s West End. “About halfway through the run I started to really miss performing my own music and being myself on stage because it was a whole new experience playing a role and it was brilliant but I did miss being me,” she explained. “I missed having that connection with the audience where you can have a little fun with the guys, and I just thought, ‘it’s time to make a new album’.”

Jesse Metcalfe has admitted that he would love to reprise his role as a hunky gardener in the final series of Desperate Housewives. The 32-year-old rose to fame for playing the often-shirtless green-fingered teenager John Rowland in the first season, and has made several appearances over the years. With the show set to wrap after this season, he told The Sun he feels the time is right to make a return. “I would definitely be open to it. It seems appropriate, seeing as I was part of the birth and the initial success of the show, to bring me back for the final season,” he said. “But we’ll see if there’s interest there. I do think it’s the right time. It was a very successful show and it’ll be forever ingrained in the public consciousness.”

Hollywood actress Mila Kunis admits she only relaxes halfway through shooting a film as then she knows she won’t be fired. The 28-year-old constantly fears that she won’t win jobs, or keep hold of them if she does land a role. The Friends With Benefits star told British Stylist magazine: “I am nervous every day I go to work that I’m going to get fired. It’s only once we pass the halfway point through production that I’m like, ‘Oh well, they aren’t going to fire me now, it’s too late’. “Otherwise, whether you have to be funny or mean or angry, whatever the character is…it is incredibly nerve-wracking to go to work because acting is based on opinion.” But Kunis says she tries to take something away from every movie she works on. She continued: “If you work with an a*****e, you learn how not to be one.” Mila went on to discuss politics, adding that her family often talk about political issues over the dinner table, with the actress ‘going at it’ with her father. But she can’t understand why more young Americans aren’t more interested in the government. The brunette beauty said: “You don’t have to watch Fox news or CNN or MSNBC; you don’t have to be part of a political party, you could just read. Why is nobody reading? I feel like, in our generation, people don’t read. “They don’t read books, they don’t read the papers, they don’t read news. So obviously you are incredibly ill-informed.”
