Actor George Clooney reportedly had to drop out of Steven Soderbergh’s new big-screen adaptation of the 1960s spy show, Man From U.N.C.L.E, because of his health. The 50-year-old seriously injured his back and brain after filming a violent scene in Syriana and he is apparently still recovering from it. A source told E! News: “He said he just can’t do the action and stunt scenes. “In fact, I think he’s planning on having another operation during the time he would have been filming. “But George knows this movie is all about action and he knows he’s just not up to it. That’s what this is about. It’s nothing to do with Steven.”
Actress Mila Kunis has said that she is glad she voted for US President Barack Obama in the 2008 election. The 28-year-old respects the president as a leader, but doesn’t agree with some of the compromises he has made with his Republican opposition since taking office. Kunis said: “I love Barack Obama, I voted for him and I will forever be proud of my vote, so I can’t say anything bad against him – other than I think America is in a very temperamental state, and the decision that was made and the compromises made mean, in my opinion, that people are going to pay for a very long time.” The Hollywood beauty also admitted she doesn’t understand why more young Americans aren’t more interested in the government. Mila added to British Stylist magazine: “You don’t have to watch Fox News or CNN or MSNBC; you don’t have to be part of a political party, you could just read. Why is nobody reading? I feel like, in our generation, people don’t read…They don’t read books, they don’t read the paper, they don’t read the news.” She added: “It’s crazy to me that people don’t educate themselves about the world considering so many of them have children who are going to suffer because of it.” The Friend with Benefits star continued: “Whoever you vote for, don’t do it just because. And don’t tell me it’s because of religion either because that whole thing is knocked completely out the window. So you better just educate yourself.”

James got with Von D following his split from Bullock last year, but the pair called off their engagement in July, only to reunite a month later. According to In Touch magazine, Sandra fears that all the disruption could be having a negative impact on seven-year-old Sunny, who moved in with Jesse full-time after her mother Janine Lindermulder was jailed. “Jesse and Kat parted ways only weeks ago, and now they’re back together again,” an insider said. “It’s a lot for a young child to understand. All she sees are mother figures coming in and out of her life.” She is also said to be concerned about how Von D’s edgy image is influencing Sunny. “She [Sunny] wants a tattoo, but Sandra feels she’s way too young,” but she fears that if she tells Jesse, he’ll “let Sunny do it out of spite” added the source.
