Camera-loving heiress Paris Hilton reportedly posed FIVE times before capturing the perfect photo for her new driving licence.

Applicants usually get just one shot at the US Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) offices.

But Hilton, 28, was given the VIP treatment at the Santa Monica centre, in Los Angeles, this week.

According to TMZ.com, the reality-TV star’s assistant called ahead to inform DMV staff that the socialite would be dropping by for an appointment.

DMV bosses were asked if Paris could bypass the usually long queues and they agreed.

But despite Hilton’s usual penchant for the photographer’s lens, employees were ordered to turn off their mobile phones to ensure they couldn’t snap her as she posed for her picture.

So what.

She pays out a fortune in registration fees for her expensive cars and she also pays CA state income tax on the millions she makes.
Some DMVs in CA do take your picture over if you ask for it. They’ve done it for me.
