Robyn Moore, the estranged wife of Mel Gibson, has succeeded in gaining a protective order to keep the complicated details of her divorce with the star out of the public eye, it was reported.

In papers that were available online, Robyn Denise Moore-Gibson sought the protective blanket on their private affairs in April – for everything from financial records, to transcripts, to film footage.

The order, which prevents any talk of the divorce with the media, was granted this week. Gibson, listed as Mel Colm-Cille Gerard Gibson, reportedly backed the order.

His reported total worth is upwards of $900 million. His assets are said to be tied up in real estate. This week he was reported dropping the selling price on one of his homes, a Tudor-style property in Connecticut, by almost $10 million.

Robyn Moore filed for divorce in April, but the couple have been living apart for about three years.
