Filled in: The singer is currently being sued by American Express due to the fact that she has an enormous credit card debt that she’s apparently refusing to pay. According to the papers, Courtney Love’s debt is estimated at about 350 000 dollars. And guess what? Courtney Love owns an Amex Gold Card… something most likely similar to what Noel Gallagher was bragging about having a while back. You have to wonder if he’s not going to go AWOL on his bank too… but Noel Gallagher is too stable for something like that. Courtney Love, on the other hand, seems to have a much more fiery temper and this shows on her bills.

The star is not planning to get married with the rocker from Good Charlotte anytime soon. Talking on “Larry King Live”, Nicole Richie said: “When I was a little girl I dreamed about getting married and that is definitely still a dream of mine one day. But right now, we’re really, really focused on our family, we’re focused on our foundation and as far as feeling that need of commitment, we both really have that in each other.” You can obviously see the logic in all of this… after all, what does marriage have to do with commitment or family? Still, I’m curious about what Joel Madden says about all of this because he sure seems to be keeping quiet about the whole thing.

Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour has gone to court – to obtain a restraining order against the 200lb-woman who allegedly attacked her.
Seymour has filed a request for a restraining order against Janice Thibodeaux – who reportedly attacked her as she left the American Idol finale in Los Angeles last week.
In the document, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Terri claims the woman “has sought publicity for her wrongful act and stated… that she does not regret [it]“.
Seymour also says she fears that Thibodeaux “will again assault and further harass” her.
The Extra TV host, who split from Cowell last year, goes on to describe the attack, saying Thibodeaux “attacked [her] from behind, putting her into a headlock, wrenching her neck and choking her with the full force of her 200lb-frame”.
The papers also claim that Seymour could have been injured or killed if Thibodeaux hadn’t been restrained by nearby cops.

Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle has returned to the slums that gave him his Oscar-winning movie to give two of its stars a home.
The movie’s child actors Rubina Ali, 9, and Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail, 10, lost their homes when buildings were razed before a monsoon.
In Mumbai, Boyle said:”We’ve been trying for a long time to move them into legal accommodation.
“Inevitably, the tension and pressure is media generated. They were given access to a world, an extraordinary and glamorous world, and they understandably want their lives to be completely transformed.”
Boyle and the film’s producers have reportedly found Rubina’s family a home and are working to do the same for Azharuddin. The producers are reportedly expected to spend $100,000 on the new homes. They have set up a fund for the stars to cover education and living expenses.
Rubina’s father, meanwhile, is reportedly venting his frustrations about having to wait.
“It has been five to six months,” Rafiq Quereshi said. “Everything is available in Mumbai if you have the money. If you really want to get us a house, you can get us a house in two days … After the Oscars they forgot about us.”
Quereshi reportedly stormed out of a meeting with Boyle.

Ginnifer Goodwin admits she makes up stories about her love life.
The Big Love star, 31, said she likes to keep people guessing about whom she is dating.
And the actress, who previously dated Chris Klein for two years, said she found it amusing that anyone would ask her for relationship advice.
She said: “I perpetuate rumours that I’ve dated people whom I’ve never actually dated.
“[Author] Dorothy Parker once said something along the lines of, ‘I don’t care what’s written about me so long as it isn’t true.’ It’s safe-making.”
Ginnifer stars as Margene Heffman in the popular HBO series Big Love, about a polygamist Mormon family.
“I don’t know why anyone would want to ask an actor for dating advice.
“We are not the poster children for healthy relationships,” she told a US magazine.

Ben Stiller surprised a US chat show host by bringing a camel along with him to an interview.
The Night at the Museum star appeared as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and presented the host with a camel as a gift.
“It is a gift for you. I know how you feel about camels,” Stiller declared.
“This is your camel straight from the Sahara. It is for the man who loves camels more than anything,” Stiller continued.
A confused Kimmel quipped: “This one has a leak it looks like,” as the camel did its business on the studio floor.
Stiller then took a good look at the camel’s genitalia to determine if it was male or female causing much laughter from the studio audience and the show’s host.

Hollywood actor Mel Gibson has revealed his girlfriend is pregnant.
The Lethal Weapon star confirmed that Oksana Grigorieva is expecting his baby less than a month after they went public with their romance.
Gibson, who recently split from wife Robyn, made the shocking announcement during an appearance on a US chat show.
He told chat show host Jay Leno that the couple are expecting a baby – and jokingly called himself Octo-Mel.
This will be the eighth child from Gibson, who has seven kids with Robyn, while this will be the second child for Oksana who also has a son with former 007 star Timothy Dalton.
Gibson’s publicist Alan Nierob said the actor confirmed that 39-year-old Oksana is pregnant during a taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Jon and Kate Gosselin turned up to a party for the fifth birthday of their sextuplets separately and hardly spoke to one another, according to US reports.
The pair took the opportunity of Monday’s holiday premiere of their new TLC reality series, Jon & Kate, to vent their anger with media over tabloid stories.
Kate said, “Did I ever think I’d see myself on the front of the tabloids?”
She added: “Or see those words that are there? No. It kills me!”
The Gosselins, with their clan of eight children, have been hit with rumours they cheated on one another.
Jon said that he had never read a tabloid magazine – “until I was in one”.
Jon was reported cheating on Kate with a 23-year-old schoolteacher.
The storyline was played out in their reality show, leading Kate to comment at one point: “Very swiftly, we turned into two different people.”

Movie hunk Matthew McConaughey covered up his famous six-pack with a baseball shirt when he threw out the ceremonial first pitch at a Los Angeles Dodgers game.
The star, who is often snapped shirtless on the beach, also took batting practice with the Dodgers before they faced the New York Mets at Dodger Stadium.
McConaughey attended the game with about 50 children from his j.k. livin’ foundation, which is dedicated to helping teenagers lead active lives and make healthy choices.
The Dodgers won the game 2-1 to sweep the three-game series with the Mets.

Oscar-winner Sean Penn has called off his divorce from actress wife Robin Wright Penn.
Court documents reveal the Milk star stopped divorce proceedings.
Penn had filed for divorce last month, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
The couple, who married in 1996, also split in 2007 before deciding to give their marriage another chance in April 2008.
They have two teenage children, Dylan, aged 18, and 15-year-old Hopper.
Penn, 48, was previously married to superstar singer Madonna.
