Not sure what look she is going for with the little girlie party dress with deck of cards motif and ridiculous deck of cards hairband on top of her head but if she clicks her heels hopefully those green sparkly shoes will send her on her way down the yellow brick road to the nearest stylist because it is so not working for her.
